Strengthening executive leadership in a complex provider organisation

Quality Bureau is supporting an executive leadership development programme for a major London teaching hospital, delivered through our partnership route with Aqua. The work is focused on senior leaders operating in a complex, high-pressure provider environment.

What we are doing

The programme combines individual executive coaching, in-Gemba coaching, team development and senior leadership support. The delivery model includes one-to-one coaching, observation and support in live leadership settings, and facilitated executive team sessions.

This case study shows Quality Bureau’s ability to bring together experienced coaches, improvement practitioners and senior system leaders to support executive teams with leadership behaviour, quality, culture, confidence and alignment.
